Studio Amero is pleased to announce the official commencement of construction works at Las Mercedes, a significant restoration and landscaping project located in Cajicá, Colombia.

Following the successful design and planning phases, the site is now active, marking a pivotal moment in our commitment to preserving and reinterpreting Colombia’s architectural heritage. The project, which involves the comprehensive restoration of a colonial house and the redesign of its surrounding landscapes, aims to revive the historical essence of the property while adapting it for contemporary use.

Our team, led by our Bogotá branch, is currently on-site overseeing the initial construction stages. The work focuses on structural consolidation, material recovery, and the careful integration of new spatial elements that respect the original typology.
